
Join Mexican food expert, cookbook author and culinary tour guide Nancy Zaslavsky for a tour of a West Los Angeles Mexican market plus lunch at a regional Oaxacan restaurant on Sat., Feb. 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You’ll visit bakeries stocked with pan dulce and regional breads; shop for imported Oaxaca quesillo cheese plus red and black moles; and head to a Mexican butcher for fresh, hot carnitas.
