
Study the basic building blocks of Mexican cuisine with esteemed Mexican food authority and author Diana Kennedy at the new Diana Kennedy Center in Michoácan, Mexico.
The trip will start in Mexico City on January 18 and travel to Kennedy’s ranch, Quinta Diana, for 3 1/2 days of classes. Guests will stay at the luxurious Rancho San Cayetano, and have an extra day to tour the local monarch butterfly sanctuary or visit the markets in Zitácuaro. The trip will depart from the Mexico City airport on January 25.
The price of the trip ($3500, not including round trip airfare to Mexico City) is based on double occupancy. It includes all hotels, three meals a day, transportation, cooking classes, and additional gratuity. For single occupancy, add $500.
