This recipe courtesy of Dole Food Service:
1-1/2 oz. DOLE Chef-Ready Pineapple Puree
1 oz. coconut flavored tequila
1 oz. fresh agave sour
1/2 oz. mezcal
Combine pineapple puree, tequila, agave sour and mezcal in a shaker with ice. Cover; shake vigorously. Pour into a margarita glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve.
