Chunk of pineapple, and a pineapple wheel
4 mint leaves, plus one more for garnish
1 t powdered sugar
1 T water in glass
2 oz. Sierra Norte Black Corn Whiskey
Muddle the pineapple, mint leaves, and sugar in the glass with the water. Add the whiskey. Stir and fill glass with crushed ice and garnish with mint and pineapple wheel.
