Margarita de Granada:
Makes 4 cocktails
1 c. chilled pomegranate juice
3⁄4 c. silver tequila
1⁄2 c. Controy (mexican orange liqueur) or triple sec
1⁄3 c. fresh lime juice
Salt and extra pomegranate juice for glass rims
Mix the first four ingredients in a pitcher. Transfer to large, ice-filled shaker. shake well and strain into glasses whose rims have been dipped in pomegranate juice and coarse salt.
