Makes 1 cocktail
4 to 6 mint leaves
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
5 med.-size blackberries, crushed
1 oz. Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur
1 oz. VSOP Brandy
Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lemon juice. Add the crushed blackberries, Gran Gala, and brandy. Shake all with ice and finely strain into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with skewered blackberries and a sprig of mint.
