Huevos Rancheros at Fuego Loco in Oak Park, Illinois

6 guajillo peppers
6 garlic cloves
1 medium tomato
2 arbol chiles
1 tbsb vinegar
Put guajillos, garlic, tomato and arbol chiles in a pot with a cup of water, bring to a boil. Transfer everything to blender, blend until smooth and add vinegar. Add salt & pepper to taste.
