Barcelona, Spain will be the site of the Tortilla Industry Association’s (TIA’s) 2017 Europe Technical Conference — the first TIA event tailored specially to the tortilla industry in Europe!
Scheduled for September 13 - 14 at the Hotel 4 Barcelona, the event will include a day and a half of classroom learning plus a tabletops cocktail reception for networking on the first night.
Topics will include the latest in regulations, formulation, best practices, and solving production problems.
