Torre is a new restaurant in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania that takes Mexican and gives it a modern twist with dishes such as shrimp empanadas and Yucatan tacos with pulled-pork. Food is not the only attraction at Torre as they also have over 80 types of tequila to pair with dinner. Torre opens at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley on Thursday. Read more here:
