The Arias family must be doing something right. The family has just opened their sixth El Toro Mexican Restaurant location on Canyon Road E. in Puyallup, Washington. Customers can expect the usual Mexican fare at the restaurant including menudo, tacos, and burritos, but with a healthier twist- refried beans with no MSG or lard and foods seasoned with sea salt and vegetable, olive, and canola oils.
